Scheduled products released early

I had set several embargoed products for release early next week, and found they had been published early.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get help from Shopify Help Centre as it sends me around in circles. A live chat would be great but it seems to be inaccessible.

Has anyone experienced this before?

For further help with this you will want to reach out to our live support team on this page. I’m not able to see any of your account details over the Shopify Community, but if you contact us through that page our team will be able to look into this with you in more detail. With your help, they should be able to review these products to determine what caused them to be published.
