My customers claim that the screen goes blank after checkout and the payment being processed, even though I get notified about the order completion. The default page that says “Thank you for your order” post payment simply doesn’t appear, and it is very misleading for a customer who will probably assume that the order didn’t go through.
I have tried my best to reach out to shopify, their emails don’t work. Their chat bot is useless. How can i get this issus resolved as it is affecting my orders.
I have been experiencing this issue for over 2 months now. Please help! Or perhaps what is the best way to reach out to a shopify expert?
