I am currently using the Seal Subscriptions App. Once the customer enters their basic contact information, it does not allow the customer to proceed with the delivery address and displays the following message:
“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”
Alternatively, if the customer selects the pick-up option it displays this message:
“Your order isn’t available for pickup. Enter a shipping address.”
So either way, the customer has no way to check out their order. We have been using this app for over a year and have not had issues until recently.
