Shopify Search & Discovery app fails to include newly added products and values (e.g., Vendor, metafield-based filters) in collection filters and search. Issue appears platform-wide and not theme-specific (reported on Refresh, Dawn v8, Sense, Colorblock).

Status updates:
- Partial recovery observed (some new items appear in filters; search still lagged), followed by reports from multiple users that the issue was resolved for them.
New/ongoing issues:
- On some stores, frontend filters don’t persist or apply (grid refreshes but no selection retained), and header search briefly shows results then returns none. Uninstalling the app didn’t revert this behavior. Users are awaiting support/clarification. Discussion remains partially unresolved.
