Search & Discovery Filters Not Refreshing

Hello Dear Community,

We have migrated our store from an app provided search & filters to the Search & Discovery for Dawn theme. However, the filters (per Collection) are not refreshing as per the app settings (see below)

The number of products supposed to change when a filter applied and empty Collections supposed to go to the bottom of the list. It works well for a test store, however, this is what happening in the main store:

I assume, there is a piece of code left from the previous search app we used, which prevents the normal behavior. Could you please help me fix this? Link to the store: catndog.com.au

Any help is highly appreciated!

We can close this question ( I did not find if I could do this on my own). I upgraded the Dawn theme to the current version and it resolved the issue.

Thanks for this thread, @windpiligrim. I just encountered this same issue, and Dawn is updated to the current version (15.2.0). Do you have any recommendations?
