I currently have multiple shopify stores on my account and for data privacy I sometimes have to search for customer records, and remove. Currently I have to go into each store to search, is there a way/app I could use to search in one place across all stores?
Unfortunately I don’t think is possible unless on Shopify Plus maybe. I think you can kind of understand why that feature isn’t available.
To help you with searching make sure you use the CTRL + F shortcuts to search pages & the searchbar for customers too on each store.
Another possible solution could be asking customers to say what store they purchased from when they contact you. And if they contact you via Shopify contact form it should say what store it came from in the email?
