Search Function is Not Working (Back end / Admin Setting)

Hello. We are having troubles with the search function and it is not working at the backend.

When we add a new product at the backend, it doesn’t shows up when we search it. Though we can see the item is actually added when we try to find it manually.

Also, when we try to make a draft order, we cannot add the new added item (it is active).

We are very struggling and taking time to work with this error.

We found there is an exact same topic (https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/search-for-products-not-working/m-p/1204190)) but it seems it is not solved so we hope someone could share us a way to resolve this problem.

We truely appreciate if someone could help us.

Do you find that this happens on all devices (i.e. mobile, desktop) and browsers?

If you haven’t already, please check to make sure this isn’t a local issue.

You can also try to clear your browser cache and cookies.
