I’m using searchanise https://apps.shopify.com/searchanise for products search,
I wan’t to add new one search widget for only search sepecific collection,
I’ve searched the documentation and googling but no results.
can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, your request is not entirely clear to me. Could you please clarify which widget and where exactly you would like to add in your store, how the search should be limited?
I should also mention that we have the Filters on Collections feature to show filters on different collection pages, and you can exclude a specific collection from this feature.
To do it, please add the snize-exclude-link class to the necessary collection link. You can do that in the navigation block of your theme. The main menu navigation is included in the header of a theme.
