It seems not. However, I can find customers in our store using the City or Street (e.g. Brighton, Southampton, Chichester, Church Lane, Mill Road etc). You can also combine that with a Surname to narrow down the seach - for example “Smith Brighton”. Might that work?

Hi I dont think that’s acceptable We’re new to shopify and if we’d known there was this simple shortcoming ie we can’t find uk customers by postocde we wouldnt have signed on. Surely your developers can do better?

Example Mr Wilson Postcode EX1 wants to know something about his order we have 20 wilsons who’ve ordered in the past month. You expect us to find out that EX1 might be a town or a village then search for wilson+maybe town?

The point is why can’t we find him via his postcode
