I do have a question. I want to add a section with plain text to 2 pages. But the problem is that both pages always show the same text even though there are two different pages.

You can chose “Create collection” in Online Store->Theme->Customize
In the new collection, You can create a new text
and chose the collection template in here

This is Richard from PageFly - Landing page builder, I’d like to suggest this idea:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Customize theme
Step 2: Collection Page->Create template:
Step 3: You can click on the collection page you want to use the template you just created in Step 2
Done, you can install without affecting each other
