Which theme are you using when this happens? You can find the name of your theme directly in your Shopify admin under ‘Online store > Themes > Current theme’.
If you’re using a Shopify-developed theme (like what’s listed here), our team can certainly help look into this further. However, if you’re using a third-party theme instead, I recommend reaching out to your theme developer about this directly by following the steps under ‘Paid themes’ here.
