Seeking Assistance: How Can I Create a Collection on holidayshirts.net?

Hello there,

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been trying to create a new collection on holidayshirts.net, but I’ve run into a bit of trouble. Whenever I attempt to save the collection, I receive the following error message:

“There was a problem saving the collection There’s a technical problem with Shopify. Try saving this page again. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.”

I’m not quite sure how to proceed from here, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to successfully create a collection. Could you please provide me with some steps or advice to overcome this issue? I’m looking forward to showcasing our holiday-themed shirts, and your assistance would be incredibly valuable.

i use theme default shopify . the Spotlight theme
