Hey! I’m Romain and I’m working on a Shopify App for fashion retailers to understand their return rate and help reduce it, especially because of fit and sizing.
I teamed up with a friend, who has a background in fashion and tailoring so she understands super well what drives poor fit and causes sizing issues in online shopping for clothing. I do the data science, AI and combine that with her in-depth domain expertise to produce deep insights on what returns, why and how you fix it.
We already have a paying customer (sportswear brand, private app) and before we launch on the store, I’d love to work with some of you guys as beta testers/pilot users.
The goal of the app? → Reduce returns, improve customer experience, Increase profits … and reduce the environmental impact of fashion returns.
