I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased the Starter plan for Shopify, and I am excited to dive into designing my store using the Spotlight theme. However, I’ve encountered a bit of a roadblock and would appreciate some guidance from the community.
After making the payment of $1 for the Starter plan, I expected to have access to the Spotlight theme to begin customizing my store. However, I seem to be facing some issues, and I’m uncertain about what might be the matter with my account.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Additionally, if there are specific steps or settings I need to adjust to gain access to the Spotlight theme, I would be grateful for any insights you could share.
I’m eager to get started with the design process and would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance the community can provide.
