I’m in search of an app that can effectively manage loyalty bonuses, and I have some specific requirements for its functionality. Here’s what I’m looking for:

Automatic Accumulation: The loyalty bonus should be automatically accumulated with every purchase, totaling 5% of the value of the goods.

Tiered Bonus: Once the value of the goods reaches 1000 euros, the loyalty bonus should increase to 10% of the value of the goods.

Exclusions: The loyalty bonus should not apply to items currently on sale or discounted, as well as vouchers.

Customer Eligibility: The loyalty bonus system should only be available to private customers. It should not apply to customers in the hospitality and wholesale sectors.

Bonus Crediting: The bonus will be credited to the customer’s account and remain frozen there for 21 days to allow for the withdrawal period and any potential returns.

Automatic Redemption: After the 21-day period, the loyalty bonus should be automatically added to the customer’s cart during the next order. This redemption process should be seamless and not require any manual steps or clicks from the customer.

Partial Redemption: If the bonus amount exceeds the value of the new order, partial redemption should be possible. The remaining bonus amount should be retained in the customer’s account.

Voucher Compatibility: Even when the loyalty bonus is deducted during payment for a new order, customers should still be able to redeem a voucher. The loyalty bonus should be redeemed first, and if there is sufficient value remaining, the redemption of a voucher should also be possible.
To provide some context, here’s an example scenario:

Customer X, Purchase 1: Goods valued at 100 euros, with 20 euros worth of items on sale. The remaining 80 euros are at the regular price. In this case, a 4 euros loyalty bonus is earned, which will be unlocked in 21 days and automatically deducted with the next order.

Customer X, Purchase 2 (after 30 days): Goods valued at 100 euros, with 40 euros worth of items on sale. The rest, 60 euros, is at the regular price. A new 3 euros loyalty bonus is earned, which will be unlocked in 21 days.
During payment for Purchase 2, the 4 euros loyalty bonus from the previous time will be automatically deducted. Additionally, if Customer X has a 20 euros voucher from a previous month, the remaining amount to be paid will be 76 euros.
I’ve already tried two popular Shopify apps for loyalty bonuses, namely “Smile: Loyalty & Rewards” and “Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals By S Loyalty.” Unfortunately, these apps don’t support the automatic workflow and tasks I require.
Could you please suggest an app that is likely to fulfill most, if not all, of the mentioned tasks? Your suggestions and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help!
