Seeking Recommendations for Setting Up a Subscription-Based Website

Hi team,

I am trying to structure a website with the following functionalities:

  1. Purchase of products via subscription (giving users the right to communicate with our staff).
  2. Customers are granted the right to communicate, or they receive a communication ticket with an expiration date.
  3. Use the ticket to reserve a communication schedule.
  4. Customers deposit a certain amount with our company. — Actual communication takes place —
  5. Deduct the actual cost from the deposit and refund the balance.

I am considering building the website on my own, but it’s my first time and I’m encountering challenges. If anyone knows the best apps or configuration methods, please let me know.
