Did you try infinite options? You can add multiple drop-down on an existing product pages

Yes, The “Starter Kit” Product I want to create will have a fixed or discounted price, vs when buying the products one by one without the starter kit chosen.

  1. Starter Kit product should appear as a Standalone product - where the customer can add different products I have in my inventory - therefor it also has to update the inventory correctly
  2. In productpage from Starter Kit - It Shows the product name and 3 drop down menus, where the customer can add the different products (with image visible)
  3. After adding a product for each section - the customer pays the fixed price for the “starter kit/pack” and when order comes in it shows what products are chosen, and the inventory will sync on the actual products
