How can anyone get a real Shopify Agent to help? It tells you to select a store but does not show your store to select!!! So frustrating! Considering a new online store platform that is responsive to customers!

@SealSubs-Roan 'ssuggestion of reaching out to us via the link that they provided is a great suggestion, and I do recommend taking that step so you can get in touch with our Authenticated Support Team if you’re having issues with selecting your store. Are you seeing your store as a selectable option when viewing the page linked by** @SealSubs-Roan **?
If you’re reaching out to us via the Help Center, and are not seeing your store, then I do want to recommend double-checking to make sure that you’re logged into the correct shopify account that is linked to the store you’re looking for support with. You can also try using an incognito window, or a private viewing browser, to see if that helps in having your desired store appear as an option for you to select.
Please follow up with us here if you’re still having trouble selecting your store when reaching out to our Support Teams. If you can provide a screenshot of where you’re being asked to select your store, but don’t have the option to select your desired store, that would be appreciated!
