Selecting Page Templates in Trial Theme Design

Hello,

I am trying to set up custom page designs on a new website redesign I am building on a Trial Theme. I created the page.Custom-Knives.liquid file. I’ve made the page in Shopify and assigned that theme template to the page. But when I go into my trial theme to start building out the page, the Custom-Knives page isn’t an option to select.

I am not sure if I am missing a step here or if I am limited in the theme I am testing (Symmetry) with the number of custom page designs I can have?

I checked and the file you created in the theme source is different from the theme you are trying.

So if you want to create a template, you need to create it here:
