Hi, I would appreciate your help in finding a solution!

I have two products, an earring and an earring bar.

The earring - has 3 colors.

The bar - has the same 3 colors, and 3 different lengths.

Each product and variant has a different SKU.

I want to sell the two products in the store as one product - just an earring that has a choice of color and length.

The problem is that if I use, for example, the bundle application, on the product page there is a choice of the color twice, once for the earring and once for the bar.

And I want it to be a smoother process, just picking a color once.

This is super easy.

Just make the two variant for the product and each variant has different colors.

I will paraphrase it so that it might be clearer:

A gold-colored earring has one stock and SKU.

The 18 length gold colored bar has stock and a different SKU…

How can I put them under one product?

I need a place for a SKU and a different inventory for each of them…

You can try using Easify Inventory Sync for this. The app bundles inventory from multiple SKUs, so on the product page, you only need to create 2 variants: color and length. Customers will just pick each option once, and the app will handle syncing the inventory correctly in the background. Simple for the shopper, and easier for you to manage. Here’s how it works:

1. Create your products: one combo product (with color and length variants) and individual products (the earring and the bar) to track inventory.

2. Set Up Bundle Groups: Use the app to create Bundle groups that connect your variants with your original individual products. Here’s how to set up a bundle group for your product:

  • Master Product: Gold color - Medium length variant (in the combo product)
  • Component Product: Gold Earring with the Quantity per Bundle set to 1 (in the individual product)
  • Component Product: Gold - Medium Length Bar with the Quantity per Bundle set to 1 (in the individual product)

3. How It Works:

  • The inventory for your combo variants will be automatically calculated based on the individual product’s inventory.
  • When 1 gold-medium length is purchased, the inventory of individual products will be reduced automatically. The app will then recalculate the available quantities for your combo variants based on the updated single item inventory, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
