I had tried to reach out to Shopify and use the report an issue form, My wife made an order back in Oct. with a shop, after multiple attempts to contact the seller and got no responses since the order was not sent out. The site for the seller is now unavailable.
I attempted to fill out the report an issue form, I am unable to add the URL since when I go back to the confirmation email, and click “view my order” it brings me to a page that the shop is unavailable.
the Report an issue form is not accepting the URL given and I have no way to proceed on submitting the form until the URL is accepted.
I tried looking for a call number for shopify but could not find one.
