I have a few locations/venues that have different offerings/services. I’d like to sell an annual membership which would provide a customer a bundle of those offerings where each one of them may be used a specific number of times (e.g. some only once, some can be used indefinitely for the duration of the membership).
My ideal situation is to have an app where a user can see the list of offerings that they can use (i.e. those offerings that are included in their membership but have not yet been used). The customer can then select the offering they’d like to use and a bar code or QR code is displayed on their phone to be scanned by the venue. Each code should be unique to that customers membership & offering. Once scanned, the available offering count gets reduced by 1 (e.g. if you have access to 5 of a specific offering it now gets reduced to 4, if you only have 1 use of the specific offering it will get reduced to 0 and no longer be available for use).
There would also be different tiers of membership. For example - a lower priced membership that can give access to offerings at only one location, etc.
I am not yet on Shopify but would happily become a client if the above scenario can be solved (either out of the box or through apps). If this cannot be solved here, would appreciate any recommendation of other platforms that may be applicable to my scenario. I’d like to try and avoid building something custom.
