I would like to kindly ask you if I could sell well known branded products, such as Nike, Adidas, Sephora, Fenty beauty in my shopify store. If I can’t and I need a license from the trademarked brand could you please walk me through the procedure? I’ve searching all day long with no luck of finding an answer. Thank you in advance.

Where are you based? If you want to use the brand’s logo to advertise, etc.. It would be a good idea to secure an official relationship with the brands. However if you’re just starting out and still have work to do on design and positioning then it would better to nail those aspects as these brands are usually very demanding in terms of how the website is executed.

I’m based in the USA Thank you for the fast response, I would like to clarify that I won’t be selling brands using their logos on my website I have my own website logo i would just like to sell their products under my shopify website name.
