You can create a Segment name old customers in Customers, add old previous customers to this segment, create a new campaign and then send email to this segment only.

On the page that you see “edit workflow” and “turn off automations”, under “Marketing activities in this workflow” you should see a list of your activities/emails (e.g. welcome aboard, abandoned cart etc), click on any in the list, it’ll open another page with “save as template” button on top right …

Ah, I see it for one email. I was hoping to use it for an entire automation that has a series of emails.
