So, i’ve got an email signup block on my password page. Whenever someone sings up, I want them to be sent an automated email and anyone else before who has already signed up which I obviously havent sent an email to becausue ive not set the automation. Please can someone guide me how to do this thanks quite urgent!
There’s a Marketing Automation that maybe you can use: Welcome new subscribers
You could change the trigger (“Customer created” instead of “Customer subscribed” or similar), but anyway the emails are only sent to subscribed-to-marketing customers, so make sure you collect consent during sign up
For customers who already signed up. Better go to Shopify > Customers, export the list and email them directly.
