I would like to send a “review our product” email 2 weeks after the product was delivered. I can only find fulfillment = success. Is there a way to set up an automation that would start after an order was delivered?
I don’t believe that would necessarily work because it would still be triggering at the moment of fulfillment, not of delivery. We have an automation template for this though if you’re interested:
I know this is a bit late but finally found a solution to what I think is also your problem. Shopify CS said it wasn’t possible and were not able to figure it out. I was trying to automate a marketing email to trigger X days after an order was delivered. However, I was using a 3rd party site for shipping labels that was not integrated to shopify so manually going back and adding tracking/fulfilling orders.
In Automation flow use Start When “Fulfillment event created” then Check if “Fulfillment event status is equal to DELIVERED”… then action or whatever else you feel.
