Send email containing the content downloaded by the user

We have a page where users can download instruction manuals for free, they just need to enter their emails before they can download the manual. We’d like to change that where, after they enter their email address, an email containing the manual will be sent to their email. What’s the best approach?

PS - we also tried publishing manuals as a digital product but it affects the customer experience. We prefer not to go that route.
