Send email if a field is valued at checkout

Hello, I would need to send an email every time the customer fills in a specific field during checkout.

Do you think it’s possible? I have not found any triggers connected to this type of action performed during checkout

I needed to receive a notification when a customer fills in the optional “company” field, I used order.shippingAddress.company
