Hi all
Looking for a way to trigger an external email to the customer when an order on a specific product is paid for. Does anyone know how to set this up. I’ve tried using Shopify automations and Shopify flow but get stuck at the last event to send the email as Shopify Email only allows sending emails to internal emails and subscribers.
Also open to know if there is another app that can do this.

You can do it from the flow. Add the condition like you did, Now you have to add email logic from the right sidebar.
Use the personalized variable such as customer name, and email to add in the email. You can get your job done.
