Contact form emails will be sent to the main email registered in the store.
Hi the store details email is different but I don’t even receive the contact form to that email when having a different email in the notifications email
I am not even receiving them in the main email registered in the store
Have you checked your SPAM and trash folders?
Yea I have checked spam folder I just received your post notification, it was in Spam folder, no contact form emails though
So I think there is an error in the liquid on your contact form.
What does that even mean? Can I fix the error?
If you understand Liquid, go to the form code and see what is going wrong. If not, you will need to look for a specialist agency to check what is happening.
