Sending an email reminder prior to pick up date

Hey everyone. I’m not sure if this is the right location for this but this is what I’m trying to do.

I would like to be able to send an email reminder to my customers the night before pick up reminding them that pick up is tomorrow and the time they are scheduled for. I need to be able to pick individual customers rather than all my orders since customers have different days.

This is seperate than the “your order is ready” as i will send that day of.

I just have a lot of customers “forgetting” pick up and I need to find days to reschedule all of them and it is getting out of hand.

You currently receive two notification emails, one for “Ready for Pickup” and another for “Picked Up.”

Unfortunately, there is no notification available for “Ready for Pickup Tomorrow.”

To address this, you can consider customizing the email template to better meet your requirements.

For instance, you can modify the “Ready for Pickup” template to include a message such as, “Your order will be ready for pickup tomorrow.”
