I apply a filter based on customer tags and create a segment (for example, I add loyal customers tagged with loyal customers to the loyal customer segment. then I select the “Specific customer segments” option from the discounts menu but then ? there’s no afterthought. exactly what I want is for these coupons to go to all customers in this segment by mail. Is it possible to do this without using a third-party application ? How can I do that ?

Firstly, you can segment customers by tags
Then you can use Shopify flow to send to that segment customers
