Sense Theme - Change Text Color for Blog, Featured Collection, and Products

I am using a color gradient for Background 2 and my body text is also white. However, my background 1 is white and I need to change the color of the text to Black for the following pages: Featured Collection, Blog Posts, Collection Banner, Product Grid, and Product Information/Title. Does anyone know how I can fix this in liquid?
