I was just informed by a customer that they can’t check out after clicking product links in promotional emails, and they get the error below. Our store is live, the products are active and we’ve selected a paid plan. I see that many other people have had this issue but it’s not solved. I suspect this is why we’ve seen no sales through marketing.
How do I stop marketing emails from linking the store preview instead of the store itself, and/or how do I allow checkouts in the store preview?
