I have a problem on my collections pages with the H2 tags.
The title of my products should be in H2 but there aren’t even any titles.
Can you help me ?

You need to edit this in your template - the one for the collection lists. The specific name of it depends on your theme.
Having said that, I would not change it. From an SEO point of view it’s not the product names on your collection pages you want to rank for - but the collection name.
Your H6’s I would, however change. They are not page specific. Only page specific headlines should be H-tagged. I would change them to DIV’s. But it’s not a major SEO-issue - just one of those many litle things

However, with my collection I want to rank on the term “Globes terrestres lumineux” and all the titles of my products start with the same term “Globes terrestres lumineux” and if it was in H2 that would improve the SEO of my collection page ?
Look at this site, his collection is “Naruto t-shirts” and all of his product titles start with “Naruto t-shirts” and they are in H2.
Are you sure I don’t need the H2 product titles ?

I would not change them to H2’s. As the product titles are not unique for your collection pages they are considered by Google as “blocks”. They generally value reused blocks very low - because they are not unique for the page. So changing them to H2’s won’t in itself do much.
I would however suggest that you adjust the top of the design of your collection pages. It’s good (for SEO) with a lot text, however, too much push the products down. A good solution is something like this, where you make the top in two columns - one with a bit of text and one with a category/inspirational image and then the rest of the text (and preferably FAQPage elements as well) in the bottom.
