I would focus on visual and content quality + good JSON-LD and product category is a must.
To answer in more detail:
1. Clear title (has to be H1)
Short, use the main keyword once, naturally.
2. Strong intro
2 to 3 sentences about what it is, who it is for, and the main benefit.
3. Unique description
250 to 600 words, broken into sections (or tabs), with real benefits and details. Do not use the manufacturer copy.
4. Unique media
High quality photos with optimized filenames and ALT text.
5. Reviews
Rating (under title) and reviews boost trust and CTR.
6. Internal links
Link to 1-2 related products or collections.
7. Technical basics
Product pages have to load fast, clean URL, JSON-LD schema, product category.
