Separate navigation menu into 2 different ones (dawn theme)

Hi everyone!

I am currently using the dawn theme and I would like to split my navigation menu into two having the first part of the menu at the far left and the second part on the far right. Right now the navigation menu is set to the far left.

Here is a visual representation of how I want it:

I basically want to keep the first 4 items in the menu where they currently are and move the 3 last items to the right.
