Server error at the last step of domain transfer

Dear all, I tried to transfer my domain name from WIX to Shopify. After entering the authorisation code, I was prompted to pay for the additional year of registration.

However after clicking Buy and Transfer, I encountered a Server Error after waiting for a while.

What happened? Could anyone help me ?
