Server error message when entering a "Add custom item" in draft order

Hi, we use Draft Orders for a specific business process very frequently and always in the same way/ same process.

Since a few days ago , when entering a custom item to a Draft Order via the ‘Add custom item’, we see a red "Server error’ message appearing at the bottom of the screen. It’s there for a few seconds and then disappears.

We started to experience the same now when entering the Shipping as a custom amount.

The order is going through ok.

But we are concerned about the server error message as this never happened before, and that there may be an underlying issue.

Any explanation here and if not, can we escalate to Shopify Support please?
