“Server Error” won’t allow accounts to deactivate. I went through all the proper steps to deactivate an account. After putting in the password and clicking Deactivate, I get “Server Error.” I’ve been trying this for months. I want to stop paying the monthly fees for the stores that will not allow me to deactivate. Please help.

It’s very apparent that Shopify is a scam platform. Not allowing users to deactivate their stores is a joke. I tried weeks ago, server error… tried again last week, server error. Tried again today, server error. Forcing people to stay on the platform isn’t on. Now paid the first installment at the normal rate after severely disliking the platform. Daylight robbery, can’t even delete payment method.
