Server-side events suddenly stop sending to Facebook?

Hello,

I noticed that in two instances, Shopify server stopped sending events to FB and only browser events kept going through. In both instances, I fixed the issue by deleting the FB channel and installing it again. However, since it’s happened twice, I think it will happen again.

Below is an error message that shows up in FB Channel > Data sharing settings. Could it have something to do with it? The facebook account connected to the fb channel is the admin/creator of the pixel, so I don’t know what else to try…

Here, you can see what my Events Manager shows:

You can see on FB Events Manager that the server stopped sending events a couple days ago. Re-installing the FB Channel fixed it, but this happened before so I think it'll happen again!
