I need some help from the community. Im working on a website, and I’d like to set a cart total minimum order value of $150 which means the ‘Checkout’ button is greyed out until a person has added $150 worth of product to their cart. And they would be able to checkout if they o directly to the checkout page.

They would be able to checkout ,or did you mean they “wouldn’t” such as by using buy-buttons, etc
Regardless this is an advanced theme customization that varies wildly by theme and bells and whistles.
Hiding a button the cart page is a theme customization.
But preventing checkout INSIDE checkout requires using shopify-functions features.
