Set Another Site Up to Order Our Products and We are the Dropshipper

We have had some sites that aggregate items for sell reach out to us about listing our items and us dropshipping the items on behalf of them.

Is this something we need to set up in Shopify? And if so, how do we do that?

When I try to search stuff on dropshipping with Shopify all I get are results for not stocking your own inventory. That is not the case here. We do stock the inventory, we would just be shipping orders placed through a 3rd party website.

I do apologize, however I am a bit confused by the question. Can you clarify what you mean by your stock inventory, but are shipping products from a third party website? I am assuming you mean you have some products that you stock, but are looking to sell products from another supplier. Is that correct?

If so, these products are still considered dropshipping. Do you know if the supplier/third-party site has Shopify integration? If so, they would be the best people to speak to. If they don’t, however, you can set up third-party fulfillment. You would only need to have the supplier’s email address for the system to send fulfillment requests.

Sorry, for the confusion. So we have a Shopify site and we do all our own
shipping. Someone reached out to us (a wedding site) and want to list our
products, but have us ship them.

My CEO wants to know if there is a way to do that through Shopify. Like a
connection we can set up so that when someone orders on the wedding site,
it flows into our site.

Thanks for the additional context!

There is a third-party app called Store Sync that can be used if the other site is on Shopify as well. Essentially, both shops would need to pay for and install the app.

Another option would be for the other shop to use third-party fulfillment. That being said, it would not send a notification to Shopify, it would send an email notification.
