Hi we are migrating from a crowdfunding campaign that used Easyship for global fulfilment.
What we want to do is ship orders in the USA from our 3PL (Blade / Ifulfillment) which we have installed the app for and its showing inventory for our products.
For the rest of the world (Europe, Australia etc) we want to use Easyship. (we have added the Easyship app)
Our developer (now removed) set up US orders only to use Blade - this doesnt work - we just get the ‘cannot ship to your location message’
Can someone guide us to how we can set up these two locations, add inventory to each and then ensure that location based ordering uses the right service?
