How do i make my email to show as a link when someone clicks on the email to contact and can take them directly to Outlook please?

My url is www.superculturekombucha.com

I have a few emails that i need help to create like the above blue highlighted link (website link shown above).

Hi, @Areen !

Happy to help here. In order to make your email address clickable, you’ll need to add a hyperlink from the rich text editor. There is more about this under Insert links with the rich text editor in our Help center. I’ll break down the steps for you below:

  1. Login to your Shopify Admin.
  2. Open the page where the text you want to edit is.
    I’m guessing in this case it’s, Online store > Pages > Contact Us.
  3. Highlight the text you want to link, in this case - the email address superculturekombucha@gmail.com.
  4. Click Insert link.
  5. In the link to field type: mailto:superculturekombucha@gmail.com
  6. Click Insert link.
  7. Don’t forget to click Save.

A tip for you as well, you can also make the phone number clickable by following the same steps, but entering “tel:” and then the phone number (instead of mailto:). That’s explained in the help document I linked as well.
