BOGOS app can help you achieve exactly what you are looking for! Here are the steps once you’ve installed and activated the app:

  1. First, please enable the feature DraftOrder API in Settings

  1. Create new offer, with the $100 cart value condition, and with the gift card selected as gift in your offer.

You can easily exclude certain products that already has gift card promotion tied to it.
