Hi Shopify Experts,

The past few months I have been shown on Google Merchant that my Shop rating are ’ incomplete’ I have followed the instruction on how to set it up and watched many YouTube videos and forums with no joy. I have attached some screenshots of the messages that I’m being shown.

Any one know how this is setup? Any info would be greatly appreciated. :blush:

The store quality page in Google Merchant Center, is updated only once per month. So after you make a change make sure to wait a month to see how it reflects in the store quality score page.

If you have installed the Google Customer Reviews in the additional scripts, and in GMC you can see requests for reviews have been sent out, than after a month it should show as active.

Please note that Google Customer Reviews, does not work with Pixels, so this option may not be suitable, instead I recommend using one of the verified 3rd party aggregators: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7045996
