Shopify Support seems to be useless regarding our verification process. We have paid a Professional package in full for a year and we have our Shopify Payments on hold for 2 weeks already!
It is very frustrating just talking to someone (or something) on the chat of Shopify Support that doen’t even know what we need to verify our business. Apparently the Verification team doesn’t know either since our store is still on hold.
Let’s see if someone here can bring some light, but I doubt it.
Maybe our only solution will be driving all the way to the Head Office in Ottawa and see if there is someone there that actually cares about their customers.
