I want to use the Recharge app’s subscription feature as an installment plan. We can set up installment plans using Afterpay, but it’s out of budget. Is there a way to achieve the same installment-style setup using the Recharge subscription app?
Afterpay does not support recurring payments.

So it’s just subscriptions with a limited duration.
If you need ACTUAL installments without an actual BNPL service there better be a good reason to use a subscription app this way.
Pennywise but pound foolish.
Subscriptions as a workaround you’ve got to take on a bunch of risk like failed payments ,dunning, refunds, fulfillments, and customer entitlement until these pseudo-installments are paid off.
So by trying to be cheap you can be setting yourself, or your client up, to end up paying MORE in actual real world operating costs instead of setting realistic goals with proper budgets.
