Setting Up Zone-Based Shipping Rates for Lebanon in Shopify

Hi Shopify Community,

I’m running an online store in Lebanon and I’m facing a challenge with setting up zone-based shipping rates.

Here’s the issue:

• I want to create shipping zones for Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and Lebanese Cities.
• Ideally, I’d like to offer different rates for each zone.

The problem is, Lebanon doesn’t have a widely used postal code system.

My questions are:

1. Is there a way to achieve zone-based rates with Shopify’s built-in functionality for Lebanon, even without precise postal codes?
2. If not, what third-party shipping apps would you recommend for setting up zone-based rates in Lebanon, considering the limited postal code usage?

There is no built-in option in Shopify to create zones based on cities. However, there is a Local Delivery setup zone that allows you to configure rates based on distance in kilometers, as shown below.

If you are ready to use an app, you can try the PH Multi Carrier Shipping Label app to configure shipping rates based on postal codes.

Thank you for your time answering my question. I tried this method. But i am still facing a problem were the rate is not appearing on the final page of checkout. I might have something wrong but still didn’t figure it out.
